Exam Cram...I used Hurst review and used a little bit of Exam Cram, but the information from Exam Cram is almost like Hurst review. Just do questions and focus on the rationales. Know your content and you will do great :)

not sure about my kaplan scores...should i reschedule?
I never focused on my scores, but the rationales. I had a 58% on my PN Qbank and I passed my boards the first time with 85 questions. If you know your content then you will do great. If you do feel as if you are not ready then do reschedule.

Kaplan NCLEX Q-Bank??
I used PN Qbank and got 58% and that was doing questions that I missed and didn't use. Just focus on the rationales and why you got the answer wrong. I passed NCLEX with 85 quesitons my first time.

NCLEX-PN 85 questions and passed!
I just want to praise the LORD for all of his wonderful blessings and prayers answered and I want to thank everyone on here who prayed for me and talked to me. I took my NCLEX-PN the first time Thursday morning at 8am and I really thought I wasn't going to have a good day. I only slept 4-5 hours the night before and I had a bad head cold that I could hardly hear anyone because my ears were so stopped up. I prayed the entire time while I sit myself in that chair getting ready to take it. I started writing down everything I could remember on that board before I even started and the woman came in there after 5 mins and said that I needed to start my test or it would kick me out. I started going for the tutorial and I could feel my heart RACING. After my first question, I got a SATA. I just had a feeling the entire time that I would only get 85 questions. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, the computer shut off and I thought the test was too easy because I could only think of about 8-10 that I honestly didn't know. I called my fiance to pick me up and I told him that I knew I had failed, but deep in my heart I knew I had passed. I looked on the WV board last night before I went to church to see if my license had been activated and it was! I jumped up and woke up my fiance and told him the great news! GOD IS SO GOOD! I had 2-3 infection control, 8-10 SATA, 2 med calculations, 8-10 drugs [got the same question about the s/s of one], LOTS of priority, and 4-5 delegation. The reason the NCLEX was easy for me is because I used KAPLAN QBANK and HURST REVIEW. I live by those two because if it wasn't for the combination of those two I wouldn't have passed. Also, SPIDERMAN and other mnemonics really came in use. The questions on Qbank were harder than the NCLEX and knowing your information is key. I studied almost every single day for almost 3 months and it would range from 5-9 hours a day. If you do not know your content on NCLEX then you will not pass because I only used my ABCs twice and the rest of it was all knowledge based. I never got wrapped up in my score on Qbank either. I had completed 96% and I had 58% [that is doing the questions that you missed with the unused questions]. Two days before I took the NCLEX, I scored a 44% on one of the Qbank tests with questions I had never used which had caused my Qbank score to drop from 59% to 58%. I focused on the rationales and not my score. I did use Saunders for the CD and I ranged from 50-75% on 100-question tests. When studying drugs, I learned the endings and the common side effects with the patient teaching [that came from Exam Cram]. The main reason I passed is because of PRAYING. I fasted, prayed hard, and gave all my thanks to my Lord. Based on scores some say I wasn't ready, but if you have the Lord on your side you don't have to worry about scores! If anyone is taking the NCLEX soon, please PM me!

NCLEX Takers Support Thread
I am taking my exam Thursday and have been feeling down today after doing questions and have high and low scores. I know that God has control of this control because I have prayed for peace of mind and that if I should take the exam and I really do have peace in my heart and all over! I am still nervous, but just please remember me in your prayers. Thanks!

Crushed..failed again..
I haven't taken my NCLEX yet, but I used Hurst review and I have found a MAJOR improvement of my knowledge and answering questions since I have used it.
