Add Anyone
Is there anyone out there that has been successful in nursing school, and has been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD and or LD?

LPN or Dental Assistant
BTW I'm in Massachusetts. Sometimes I hear, Dental Assistants do get paid pretty well, but nothing compared to LPNs. I just don't want to fail a 2nd time

Considering a mid-career change into nursing - Yikes!
My mother was 53 when she went to get her LPN, It was hard work, but she survived and she is happy that she did, and now she's looking forward to retiring (turning 60 this year) and she will be able to still have a part time or per diem job at a very good rate$$$. I wish I could do it to!!

which is best to do???
well you could go for your lpn and start working making good money then return part time for your RN, that's what I would do, well if you need the $$.
- Massasoit vs. CCRI????

Why do I always hear, why are you ONLY doing LPN?
My mom is an LPN and loves her job, and has no interest in becoming an RN. She is content where she is :)

LPN or Dental Assistant
Ok, so here goes my question for you... My dream was once to become an LPN like my mother, I enrolled into a 9 month program, and ultimately failed out, (but not from lack of effort) now after about a year, I am contiplating returning, but wondering if I should attempt the LPN program again, maybe this time on a part time basis, or if I should just go into Dental Assisting, they seem to make the same money??? but I must admit, I am leaning more towards the LPN and I'm not in it just for the money? Any imput would be greatly appreciated? THANKS
