CA NCLEX eligibility expire July 2010,how to endorse result to any NLC state if pass?
My License application will also expire this September 2011 so I decided to inquire directly with the CA BON. I hope this will help you. Dear Sir/Madam, I have done some research regarding my questions and have read some conflicting/confusing info so I thought it would be more logical and reliable if i asked directly from your office. I passed the NCLEX and received a letter saying that I should provide an SSN in order to complete the licensing process. However, I have not been able to provide that until now since I have not been able to legally work there yet. My file number is ***** and the letter says my application will expire on September 2011. These are my questions. 1. If I will be able to get an ITIN, will this be acceptable as a "temporary replacement" to the SSN? 2. If not, will the destruction of my file mean that I have to take the exam again? Or does it apply only to "my application" to California? 3. If my file is destroyed, can I still get an Exam Verification if I decide to endorse it to another state? I hope you will be able to enlighten me on this matter so I can decide on my next course of action. Your response will be highly appreciated. And this is their reply. 1. ITIN's do not meet our requirements and are unacceptable for use on applications or for permanent licensure. 2. As of today’s date, we will retain exam results and they will not be destroyed. Once you have obtained a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) and wish to reapply at a later date, you would need only to submit application requirements. 3. You may submit a written request for a copy of your NCLEX Candidate Report with photo. The fee is $10.00. If you have other questions, you may email them at this address [email protected].

Prime America Medical Source.
thanks a lot for the help. I appreciate it.

Prime America Medical Source.
I am apprehensive about doing it on my own because I might miss out on something. I understand that I'm supposed to send several letters/forms to licensing bodies? Does that include the office where I took my local board?

Prime America Medical Source.
Hello to everyone! I just want to ask if anybody here has availed of the services of Prime America Medical Source. I am planning on processing my visa screening through them. They charge a 500 peso fee which they said is for affiliation. I compared it to another company and the charge is 3500 for the processing. Do you think there's something fishy about the low charge? Would appreciate your feedback on this. Thanks.

which phil hospital will give me a good training ground?
hi! i am also a recent board passer. My friend and i applied a v luna medical center (afp). You'll be working as a volunteer for 6 months but the good news is you won't have to pay a fee. (although you will have to pay for their iv training w/c costs like Php1400). If you pass , the training will start on feb. 2008. So far I have passed the first exam w/c is a multiple choice type, true/false and matching type. 100 questions and the passing is 75. Next you'll be scheduled for a competency exam and then an interview.

what is needed to have a masters degree in nursing here in the Philippines?
i have recently inquired from dr carlos lanting college. It is located at tsora ave. They offer a masters degree and you have an option to attend their saturday or sunday classes. They have an entrance exam and the only requirements are your transcript, rn license and a marriage certificate, if you are married.
