This is scary. I think we really need to educate them. It will cost them a lot of money for nothing.

Do they already have eligibility from the State before they registered to Pearson Vue?

The only thing that I think the Nursing Homes can reserve is Labour Certification for Care Givers. If they reserve LC for care givers (under EB3) with earlier PD (2002?), then I can believe them. Since under Oct. VB for Philippines EB3 is Oct. 2002, then if the LC is earlier than that, they can apply for EB3 in October.

What visa is the Nursing Home talking about? Is it H1C?

Do not put you're licensed in the US if you're not. There is a question there asking if you passed NCLEX and that's were you say "yes".

There are so many foreign nurses who are trying to get a greencard. What is the real reason? Is it really for the money? Is it the coveted American Dream? Are they happy? I just want to get each and everyone's opinion regarding this matter.
