I don't see how a nursing program would know about your hospital stay unless it involved a criminal record of some kind. They will do a background check but they will be looking for arrests, etc. What is more important is that you are mentally heal...

I called LA County today and they wouldn't tell me anything. They said letters would be out by the end of the month.

I called LA county today and they said they could not tell me what my status was and that the letters would go out by the end of November.....hmmmm. Doesn't make sense.

Still nothing in my mailbox. I guess I can assume that I didn't get into LA County since someone here already got a letter and my mailbox is empty. I am having a hard time keeping my hopes up.
