  1. Hey, sorry about your injury! I went to Drexel University online. The school is based out of Philadelphia, but since the degree is online you can do it anywhere. They have a RN-BSN-MSN program you might be interested in...you could get your masters in teaching, then the lifting and such would not be bothersome to you. the thing I liked about Drexel is that its a "real" school and employers dont know it was an online degree. I hope that helps, good luck!
  2. I think you have to be carefule about the one you choose...make sure it is not just a place where they take your money and leave you with no education. I live near Philadelphia and Drexel has a RN-BSN program fully online. It's pretty poular around this area. Especially if your employer reimburses you. Good luck!
  3. What about mini muffins and fruit/veggies?
  4. Try looking for a bricks and mortar school that offers online degrees as well. That way no one will know it was an online degree. Places like Penn State, Drexel, and Walden do online degrees...
  5. I would just be honest...even if you told them during the interview, it would be illegal for them not to hire you just bc you are pregnant. The same holds true now. They cannot legally take action against you because you are starting a family. So just tell them, they will probably understand!
  6. Haha, I think it might just be that they spend so much time together. Co workers always get together. You spend so much time at work that you naturally get to know your co workers. And clearly they have similar interests. :balloons:
  7. You will be ok! I'm sure you will do a great job.
  8. Hi!! One of my friends actually did an online program at Drexel, which is out of Philly. I think she liked it...she's working as a nurse now. Have u looked at online programs? Maybe some others have nursing degrees too? But it would be easier to understand the language!! :)
