  1. lhw4102, PM sent...
  2. wait until you receive your CGFNS ID # thru regular mail or send them an email request or call them which is the fastest way. then register for a new account with your CGFNS ID #. i actually had the same problem, good luck!
  3. regarding the ssn, just leave it blank. you'll get all the information you need in filling up the form and FP card in the downloadable pdf file, check the CABRN site.
  4. it took me 4 mos to receive my eligibility, send all the required documents as soon as possible, if you know someone who already applied for NCLEX under CABRN, you may ask them if they still have an extra FP card (waiting for the requested FP card from CABRN may take a month or more to receive thru mail), have it done in NBI carriedo if you are living around metro manila (do not fold, inform the personel that it is for NCLEX) and send it together with the application form, fee, and other required documents. contact pearsonvue to schedule your exam as soon as you receive your eligibility letter. i advise you to start the review while waiting. it won't take you a year to sit for NCLEX!
  5. download the VSC handbuk, look for the "request for validation of registration/license", fill in the first part of the form for your personal info, send it together with the $60 fee to the CABON. you are going to use the same form to be sent to the PRC if you are licensed here in philippines, the total fee is around P200.
  6. i have some questions: 1. if you are an ielts & nclex-rn passer, can you already start looking for an employer in the US (california) and start the petitioning process while waiting for the VSC? 2. is it advisable to get first a job experience and post graduate trainings (BLS, IV trainings, etc) as it will appear on your resume when you submit it to the employer or by simply having ielts & nclex will do? 3. what is the average waiting time from the start of the petitioning process until you'll be able to go to US?
