   :wink2:We are going from a BK to an EC and still have not found an isolette stretcher. We may end up with a sled, which would really stink. One would think there would be one somewhere out there. Maybe invent one and make lots of money?

   Probably not. The pay scale is different, and depending on the service you work for, the duties may differ. You can be an Paramedic/RN but usually can only work as one or the other.
