    armymatt, Good luck retaking the NCLEX took mine on july 16th and it took a week to get the news but I made it. Pressure's off now
  2. I too, experienced this. For the most part it is working out well, but the other new grad and I are at different places and learn at a different pace. It is good to have another new person there to hear my concerns from another person. I do feel however that my preceptor is torn as to who gets her attention at what time. I will say make sure you are assertive and get a comfortable understanding of your position before you let them cut you loose.:uhoh21:
