  7. I agree, 8 weeks is way too short of an orientation!! I am in L & D and have a 12 week orientation, that can be extended, if your preceptor or you do not feel like you are ready. I would speak with someone about your concerns.

  12. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant now and will be coming off orientation soon. So I will have to work nights until a day position opens for me. I have never worked a night shift job!! Will I ever get used to it???
