Hi I live in jackson , Mississippi and there are many schools here that offer LPN and RN programs. I went to Hinds Community College and my grade point average at that time was not all that good. Sad to say I hadto pay for school the first semester until my grade was good enough to receive financial aid. The program last a year and cost around 3,000 that includes tuition and books and uniforms. The program was great also. They also have 3 different campuses that you can take the program at also.

Hey I will pray for you. I just took my test on 5-23-07 and I am awaiting my results. I stay in mississippi and they do not participate in the quick results service. so right now i am about to lose my mind. all we can do is stay prayed up. my test cut off at 85 questions and they were not that hard and they were not that easy either. I am curioius to know that the time you took your test and it cut of at 85 did you feel that you had failed it or not and what type of questions were you given

I have heard that there are many ways to tell if you have passed the nclex. Well I just took my nclex-pn exam and the computer cut off at 85. I had mostly priority type questions and patient education questions. No math.The questions were not that hard to me , but they were not easy either. My question is there any way I can tell if I passed. I know that they said that there is no way to tell, but I am interested in hearing what other people may know. I am about to freak out because I do not know my results (because I stay in Mississippi and they do not participate in the quick results) and I just wanted to post this thread for fun to see what others may think in regard to determining if they passsed. So if you read this thread and have heard of ways to tell please share. And once again it is just for fun to help me ease my nerves until i receive my result. Thanks kindly

Hi I took my nclex-pn on May 23,2007 and i am about to lose my mind waiting for the results. I have checked the website everyday and have not seen nothing. All it says is that there is no record of this person and to check info and try again, is that what it is suppose to say? Will i find out on-line before i find out in the mail?

Thank you so very much for the encouragement. I can't hardly wait to find out my results. To make matters even worse my car broke down on me Thursday night and my mechanic is not available until after the holiday so I have to sit here in the house the whole holiday weekend waiting in agony for my results. Okay I have so many questions that i do not know were to start...\ I took my nclex-pn exam on may 25, 2007 and i am about to freak out. I want to know my results so badly . Is there any way I can found out if I passed are not. I live in Mississippi and they do not participate in the quick results. I have been checking the sbon website to see if my number will appear. Does anyone know how long will it be before it posts on the website? a classmate of mine said that it will post on the internet on pearsuvue and that she got hers there. but all i see there is delivery sucessful does this mean i passed??? after taking the test i felt confident the questions were not that hard kinda medium to me. i had to sit and think about them before giving a answer, but there were a few that i did not know. most of the questions were priority type questions like what would i do first type questions. I also had alot of patient teaching questions. there were alot of priority questions dealing with cardio, resp, and maternity.i did not receive any math questions and onlt a few pharm questions that i am sure i missed. The computer cut off at 85 i was there for 1 hour. at first i was glad because i felt good about the test than as the day went by i started to worry that i failed. is there anyway that you can tell if you passed or not by the type of questions you received. i heard that the more difficult the question the better you are doing. what is considered a difficult question and what is considered a easy one. is it true that if you ansewr the last question right that you passed and if you got 85 quetions that you passed??? i am so nervous . i want so badly to pass. please someone help :sniff:
