  1. NOT on your list but HIGHLY recommend a medical terminology course. Being able to breakdown the words into parts that made sense, saved my butt on several tests. Should be a requirement before entering nursing school!! HTH!
  2. Has anyone tested at the new test site in center city philadelphia? Someone told me that the test is harder at this new site than at the one in Horsham. Is this true?? What was your experience?
  3. I have the Littman's BRIGHT ORANGE steth. I'll never forget the first day I took it to clinicals. Other students looked at me like I was nuts for having such a bright color. After a couple of them had their black ones stolen, they bought a bright orange one too! I LOVE it because I can spot it from accross the room. Downside is, after awhile of throwing it in my bag, it had gotten dingy looking. But, I still love it!
  4. Yes the parents and her children are going to attend. Her lantern and pin will be presented to her mother.
  5. Hi all! I am hoping someone can give some ideas on how our class can honor a fellow student of ours that just suddenly passed away. We had ideas of roses from each one of us being presented to the parents, but with their being 45 of us, I don't know how "doable" this is. Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this in their graduating class? How did your class honor them? Thanks for any ideas.
