  1. My advice to you: Perseverance is the key to success. Do not give up. Keep trying till you succeed. You are not alone in terms of failing more than once. We cannot give up by trying to make our dreams come true or to accomplish our goals, because in the final analysis not only it will bring us satisfaction but also we will realize it was indeed worth it.
  2. OOPS I see my mistake. OK. #1 lap chole patient (since there are safety issues and time constraint) #2 dressing change ( promotion of healing and infection control) #3 teaching daughter(lack of knowledge) #4 give report (delegation of duties)
  3. You need to study smart. I believe the first thing you need to do is to identify your weakness areas, what kind of questions you are not answering correctly and why, then work to improve those areas. Read the question carefully and try to identify the real issue. Most of those questions are to use logic and common sense
  4. That is a priority questions in terms of order. I would first give report to RN, #2 lap chole surgery #3 dressing change #4 teaching daughter
  5. If you are in the ER you must follow the ABC and stability versus instability. But let say you are in a building and there is an explosion and a lot of people are hurt, then you need to prioritize backward, get the must stable patients first, the rationale is to get the stable ones first so they can help you out with the others.
