    Actually, I spoke to nurse recruiter from both GA and FL and it appears that you would make more money in GA. I have alot of RN friends who have left FL for GA.

    It still does not add up. I live in Queens, my rent is similar than if I lived in FL, my car is paid for etc...I just think that FL nurses are getting paid wayyyyy too low.

    Well on my unit if we receive a patient after 6pm, the next shift must admit them. I think that it is the reasonable thing to do. Some units are crazy...trust me you need to find a unit that truly suits you...DO NOT SETTLE! :nono:
