    Hi Guys I am a new BSN graduate from NY and planning to relocate to GA after a year expericence in the med surg unit; Can someone please, please and please tell me what the pay range is for new graduates are and also for one with a year experience? Thanks a lot guys because I am trying to avoid making mistakes. In NY the starting range for new grads is 64k -70k depending on shifts as well
