  1. That's too bad, I was hoping he would be my A&P lab professor this fall (since the name for the professor isn't posted yet) ugh...
  2. I go to the Dale Mabry campus. I took **** for Micro lecture, but not for the lab. I highly recommend not taking him for the lab as he makes it pretty hard. His lecture is easy as long as you take notes. Try to get **** for Micro lab, he's the best. I am taking A&P 1 w/lab in the fall with ****. Good luck to you!
  3. I am in the same boat here. It feels like forever, I started in Fall 2007. It will all be worth it in the end! Intro to Algebra-"B"-Summer 08 Pre-Algerbra Fall-"B"-Fall 08 Intermediate Algebra-Spring 09 Algerbra-Summer 09 Sociology-Spring 09 Freshman English-"C" Fall 07 English II-Summer 09 Microbiology-"B"-Spring 08 Micro Lab-"A"-Spring 08 Nutrition-"A"-Summer 08 Anatomy 1 & Lab-Fall 09 Anatomy 2 & Lab-Spring-10 **And I still have to take one more elective like History for the ADN program**
  4. Geez... that is alot of work, but I am looking forward to it one day!
  5. I understand your pain Melanieisnice. I have all A's & B's, except for Freshman English. It was my first semester back in school after 10 years so I was a little unorganized. I still have to take Sociology, both Anatomy 1&2 + labs & my last math class. I had to take 4 math classes due to my remedial math skills. I am taking my time so I hopefully get A's in the rest of the classes. I wish they would allow you to retake any class even if you passed with a C. Good luck to you!
  6. Where are you going to take the LPN program? I am just waiting my time out at HCC. I will be done with all pre-regs and electives after the Spring 09 semester so I will apply that June.
  7. I know for a fact that music helps the dying patient. My Grandmother was in the hospital unable to go home due to oxygen issues. We were all by her side off and on for a week and a half.We all said our goodbyes and told her it was alright to go. My sister brought in a cd player from home and we played Christmas songs (this was always her favorite holiday). She passed during Silent Night, and went very peacefully. I will always think of her when I hear that song. I know that it not only helped ease her discomfort, but that we will always remember the moment of her passing as a good memory. I am a pre-nursing student at the moment but I plan to become a Hospice nurse when I am finished with school. :redpinkhe
  8. NewGoalRN is correct. I took it online at HCC in the summer. PS... it is a very easy A!
  9. I am taking Intermediate Algebra & A&P I.
  10. I just took an online Nutrition class this summer and it was super easy to get an A.
  11. I too just completed Pre-Algerbra last week. I am not too great with math either. I also have to take a year of math to get credit for one class I need. It stinks, but I feel like at least I am going to school and am on the right path. p.s. my final grade was a B, so if you put your mind to it you will figure it out.
  12. I always feel like I get it, then when I go to take the test I have a panic attack and forget what I'm doing. It's weird because math is the only subject I have ever had this problem with. I just have to study every day to get it imprinted into my brain...
  13. I am taking pre-algebra in a 10 week class along with online nutrition. I felt good about it the first week, but now not so much. I think I made a mistake because I also work full time and am moving this week...
  14. I have ******** for my online Nutrition class. There is no way not to get an A, it's easy...
