I still haven't receive my acceptance into the university yet, just the nursing program. Anyone got their notification from the university?

It just means you're a nursing major at CSULB. You still have to apply to the school after you meet the requirements.

Trimester for me. I got a lot of money saved up so I don't need to work during the summer.

It's strange. I thought I would be more excited than I was when I found out I got accepted. For the past couple of years all i've done academically was for one purpose--to get into nursing school. After the interview, I basically forgot about it. Anyway, I hope there are a lot of good people in this upcoming semester. I need some fun and hard working study buddies.

It's possible, but it could also be that those who were told that they would receive an email in 2-3 weeks are the ones who are highest in rank on the 10 points scale. OR, those who simply scheduled their appointment earlier will receive their notices earlier??

If you haven't got rejected yet, then you're in good shape to be accepted. I figure 95-100 people who got interviewed will be accepted. Just relax and enjoy your down time. Be optimistic!

I just got a letter today that I was ACCEPTED!! Just kidding. Still waiting patiently.

No, because it is possible you're on the alternate list or something. Keep you hopes up and make sure you have an option B if CSULB doesn't accept you.

Wow, that is just terrible. Considering that CSULB only accepts transfers once a year, for this to happen is extremely unfortunate for you. However, I can see how this mistake could have happened. I think you should fax or send a copy of your course description to them and hopefully they'll reconsider you or at least put you on the waiting list? Did you go to the interview?

Anyone know when will we be finding out if we got accepted?

I went this morning. Basically, all you do is communication exercises. You will be evaluated on how well you comprehend a video, and how well you give and receive directions. Also leadership qualities seems to be valued in the group discussion. All of you will do fine as long as you're not anti-social or have difficulty speaking and understanding English. It was kind of fun and not stressful at all. Get a good night's sleep and you'll be fine. Sorry, that I can't tell you more. I don't think it would be fair to the others.
