I took mine on paper.

I'm starting to get irritated/mad because I STILL don't know my score from the TEAS test I took. I looked online, it's nothing there and I've been waiting to see if it will come in the mail and nothing there. What more should I do?? How did you (if you took the test) find your results??? Please let me know. :angryfire

I know, I know....this topic doesn't have anything to do with an lvn/lpn discussion, but I have to ask something that has been killing me......Has ANYONE out there took the TEAS assessment for entrance into a nursing program???I take the test next friday (12/14) and I dont have a study guide. I'm freakin out here!!!!!! I just want to get an overview of what will be on it and what the questions are like. If anyone have the answer, PLEASE reply and put me out of my misery. Thanks. Hi everyone, I am writing to ask a question. My friend's cousin was hit by a car last week. When the car hit her, she flew up in the air and landed on the car windshield which busted open the front of her forehead. She then rolled off the car and onto the ground. She is now in a coma and on life support. Do you guys believe there's a chance she will recover? If so, what percentage? I personally believe that she might not make it but I'm hoping she will. Just want everyone's opinion on this.

Do you get benefits such as medical, vision, dental, 401k, pension, ss, etc.???

Is it a good job? I signed up for visiting patients houses, but want to know how it is? Does any LVNs do this and how much do they pay?

Do I need to dress up as if going to an interview or can I dress casually? I'm going to look around and apply to more jobs afterwards too.

Do I go to the facility? Do I apply online? And how would I go about asking them if they're hiring LVN's??

And how do I get it?

Can I apply for jobs now that I have passed or do I have to wait until my license come in the mail?

I was in the lvn program and got 4 prereqs done for the RN program. They weren't major though. Just English, Sociology, and 2 Psychology classes and I passed all of them with 1 c and 3 Bs. I think anything is possible. Now, it was hard but I wasn't working and I dont know if you are. If you are, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you aren't then do whatever makes you comfortable.

:scrying: Hey everyone, I failed the NCLEX. My heart is hurt but I know I couldv'e studied harder for that test. So now, I start back at square 1 turning in my paperwork and sending the fees off again. I have one question: do I have to wait 45 days after I took the NCLEX or 45 days after I got my results to take my test over? good Luck to all other waiters out there!!! I'm going to have a drink. My school's pass rate was 95% and I went through a one year program and a nursing/allied health school.

Approxiametely how long was your wait for your results?? I'm getting headaches from being so anxious and worried about the mail everyday. Everyone on the board is passing!! Congratulations!!! I hope I can pass like you all.

Hmmmmm. Now that makes me think... I called my friend who took her NCLEX and she said she found it on the website a few weeks after her test and THEN her letter came in the mail. But I don't know, if you are correct, you sure did make my day. I thought I failed.

Has anyone passed the NCLEX with 205 questions?? All the posts I see are saying they stopped at 85. I'm getting more nervous.

I'm about to pass out from not knowing if I passed or not. I promise to you I feel as if I failed. I walked out of there KNOWING I failed. The questions were worded differently than Saunders and Lippincott. For example, I'm not posting this question from word to word but one question I know I got wrong is: What does cystic fibrosis stools look like?" I put "Clay colored and pasty" but I believe I was wrong. It dawned on me afterwards that I was supposed to put "frothy, and foul smelling", right? On questions I didnt know, I just guessed. And also, I went up to 205!!! Some questions were repeated but with different scenarios. Does that mean I got them wrong if they kept coming in a row of questions?? I.E: "What would you tell the patient about the med Aldactone?" and "what would you tell the patient about the med keflex?" Man, I'm going crazy. I REALLY feel that I failed but only time will tell.
