their contract breacing amount is approx 45000$.i'm sure that will cover the cost of them sponsoring me...

yes i can ...if a pay the contract breeching amount to ogp they says.they rung me up couple of days before and said they haven't got any hospitals in newjersy atall ...kept me waiting since jan 2005.now they r looking for job nearby newjersy state.ogp have lots of jobs if ur willing to relocate to anywhere in usa...like newmexico,neworleans,lousiana...etc..this is my experience with ogp.newjersy didn't give me license till i has ssn and green card.i waited 12 months for license just because i did n't had ssn.i got my ssn when i went to us becz my initial 6 months visa was due to expire and ogp didn't had any placement offers,so i went to get my green card before 6 months expires and applied for the ssn same time and got it.and nj license been issued after submitting all these at once.

yes that is correct,me and my family have gren card and SSN.I have my newmexico and newjersy license.But ogp says can't find a placement for me in newjersy.Does anyone know about easton hospital ,pennysylvania.

I read this posts recently only.I'm also stuck and fed up with ogp.I passed RN in 2005 ,offeered placement in newjersy (where i wanted to go) in april 2006 and asked me to wait for the NJ license and visa.Got my visa in july 2006 .Ogp asked me to wait for the NJ license ,nov 2006 ogp informed me that they dont want to sent their nurses to the hospital where i had job offer from anymore becuse of some problems and said will continue searching for job in NJ while i wait for NJ licencse.They did make me sign their new contracT(PARTNERS SIGNATURE AS GUARENTEE AND INCREASED THE CONTRACT BREECHING AMOUNT) as the two options infront of me was leave without anything or sign the new contract.my initial 6 months US visa was due to expire in jan 2007 so me and my family travelled to US and activated our greencard and recieved my SSN.Recieved my NJ license in end of jan 2007 and ogp stil have no placement offer for me.I have no peace of mind .I sold my house because i was ready to be moved on aug2006 as said by OGP.i'm renting atpresent.I joined ogp to make my relocation easier but this is what i'm going through.The communications by the team of ogp birmingham office is also appalling.

i'm in process of relocating to us(newjersy) through recruitment agent OGP,currently working in uk.i passed my RN exam jan 2005.OGP offered me a placement in newjersy in april 2006 and aked me to wait till i get the newjersy licence and immigration visa.i recieved my immiration visa on july 2006.Nov2006 ogp told me that i lost my placement offer as they had some problems with the hospital.OGP told me that they will continue their work to find a job for me in newjersy.my 6 months immigration visa was due to expire in jan 2007,so i travelled and activated my green card.i recieved my greencard jan2007 ,my SSN and my newjersy license aswell.BUT ogp still hasn't got a job offer for me.i 'm fed up of waiting .can i do anything to speed up my relocation. evelina
