  1. I have no idea but they seem to have a lot of them in the medical profession!
  2. Every one is entitled to a break; how they use it should be up to them. However it sounds like you're saying that this person was taking unauthorized breaks just to smoke?? If so you should not have covered for her.
  3. So I'm curious are you still working as a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager? I'm very interested in this but can seem to get any bites with my resume. I have 19 years experience in Med-Surg, Cardiology and Home Health. I am not certified as a Nurse case Manager but just purchased the Case Manager Study Guide by Fattorusso; it's on it's way from Amazon. Any advise you may have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
