I can't seem to pass these classes! I know i should study more, anybody not doing so good but will not give up ?

Well i should be yelling my situation is too much to handle right now!!

Nicely put together and enjoyed reading. Also, I believe for techs, CNA's, aides etc.. to be mistaken as a Nurse is not fair. We have not went through the extensive training and intense stuyding to have those initials behind our names. Just my opinion!

MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE NOT USED THE WORD CAUGHT! BUT TOLD MANAGEMNET THAT I WAS SLEEP! I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING YET, HOWEVER I LOVE THE WORK I DO AND REALLY NEED MY JOB AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE. I WILL FEEL HOPELESS. GOD IS IN CONTROL AT THIS POINT AND THERE IS MOT MUCH I CAN DO. OR CAN I? GO TO HUMAN RESOURCES AND FIGHT THIS OR WHAT? IS THERE ANYWAY I STILL HAVE MY JOB AT THIS POINT? I WANT AND DEFIANTLY NEED MY JOB. MY FAMILY AND NOT TO MENTION MY BOYFRIEND WILL BE LIKE WHAT THE HELL HAPPEN.

What did i di so wrong not to desreve the job i always wanted? I am suspened for now. I honestly hope i do not get fired. No fair i would have not said anything, i'm not getting no raise on anything you know.

No i was not on break, but i did not expect her to tell. What difference did it make her? Maybe god has a better job for me. I always wanted to work in a hospital.

WELL, BASICALLY THE WHOLE STORY IS, I WORKED AT THE LOCAL HOSPITAL AS A NUSING ASSISTANT FOR A YEAR AND RECENTLY GOT FIRED FOR FALLING ASLEEP AT WORK (NIGHT SHIFT) I WAS CAUGHT BY A NURSE AND SHE TOLD MANAGEMENTAND NOW I AM SUSPENDED UNTIL MONDAY. I REALLY NEED MY JOB!! I NEEDD A CAR AND A APARTMENT. I HOPE TO GET A JOB AT ANOTHER HOSPITAL IN THE AREA. I FEEL DOWN IN THE DUMPS RIGHT NOW. THEN EVERYONE IS GOING TO LOOK DOWN ON ME. I WILL STILL TAKE PRE- REQS TOWARDS MY LPN DEGREE IN HOPES THAT I WILL FIND A NEW JOB WITH BENEFITS. I LIVE HERE IN HARRISBURG IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME!! THANKS IN ADVANCE :cry:

I was the same way when I started night shift. It can really be exhausting, but you will get use to it.:heartbeat

I am also going for LPN, I guess it's what works for you. I have been an aide for one year now and ready to move on. I believe I am making the right choice. My long term goal is a Nurse Anesthetist. So good luck and do your best because it is hard. Only the strong survive.

:up:I was also interested in online classes to speed up the process of apply to clincals. Good Luck! I heard you have to be really disciplined.

I think we should keep this post going, I get easily distracted about how long it's going to be before I can even apply to clinicals. But I am at work now at the harrisburg Hospital as a Nursing Aide and really needed to see this post after working 12- hours and wishing I made the money the RN made. But I'm trying to stick it out guys!! We can do it I want to see everyone achieve their dreams, So God Bless and Good Luck!!! WE CAN DO THIS :p
