Any words of wisdom on the new HHABN forms? Our new policy is "when in doubt...fill it out!" Any other srategies out there?

we use clindoc through 3m-and interfaces with billing. always some little cliches but for the most part the nurses like it.

So my question now is when you're doing paperwork until 9pm or charting at home....are you being paid for this time worked? And when you say 5-6 patients a day are these numbers weighted...meaning a new Start of Care 1 = 2.1 patients because of time ...
