Ryders Health Management
Hi Silverdragon>>> just read on your post : "There is nothing stopping you from finding an employer just be aware employers can change their mind (it happened to me back in 2005 and I had to start all over again with I140) Hospitals can also be bought by other groups and they may also not want foreign trained nurses. The same can be said with an agency, no telling if they will still be around in 5 years" This is exactly what happened to me. the hospital in the US is currently being taken over by a bigger hospital, and the agent representing us seems to have a difficult time looking for jobs for us...IF i decide to buy out my contract from the agent, do I get to keep my priority date?

Hi everyone; I need an opinion on this: the hospital that sponsored us in the US has backed out and refuses to give us a current job offer.. If we transfer to another agency or hospital , we need the "release" papers right? and if indeed this new hospital "buys" me out of the old one, do I keep my Priority Date? Opinion Please........ help.... PD may 2006

is the philippine local boards required for work in US?
My brother took the Philippine Boards twice and failed. Can he proceed to take the NCLEX or does he now have to pass the NLE since he had taken it?If he can proceed to take the NCLEX, what will his reply be when asked why he does not have a RN license in country of origin?
