  1. Hey Critter, I admire you for your decision and because of that decision I too decided to sign up with CN. I wish you all the best in your endeavors, stay positive and stay focus. I BELIEVE IN YOU. YOU WILL PASS. YOU WILL HAVE YOUR BSN. Think this always and remember their are people who are rooting for you. Good luck By the way, when you do take your exam, can you write back and tell us of your progress. trolldoll:balloons:

  3. Wondering, if I can test out all my prerequistes before applying to ISU. Do you have to be register to Excelsior to test out the prereq.? And if not, how can I get my test score to transfer to ISU, I lived in California and ISU/Sonoma State University is one of the colleges that does LVN to BSN program. Any information, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you:w00t:
  4. Thanks For The Info. Have Started Checking The Federal Loans And Trying To Apply For It. By The Way, Does Anybody Know When We Applied For An Exam How Do We Go About It? Do We Need To Register To Excelsior Pay An Application Fee And Admission Fee And Later Take The Test? Also What Of The Clep And Dantes How Does One Go About Setting The Exams? . Thank You.
  5. Sonoma State will find you a preceptor and hospital to do your clinicals, I thought you have to find your own preceptor and hospital to do your own clinicals. I'm thinking of going that route, but my finances are extremely tight right now. Looking into a federal loan.
  6. hello everyone, I've been a LVN for about 11 yrs. and taking my prereq. courses in a community college. This summer, hopefully be taking alegbra and only three more science class left then to the RN program. By the way, I'm 45 and feeling every bit my age.
  7. Merritt College is a great private school, I only heard good things from that college from my co-workers who graduated from there.
  8. If you go go SFSU it will take 2 yrs to finished and get your BSN that is, if you have fulfilled the prequisites. Godspeed
  9. If you are a RN and want to get your BSN, you can tried SFSU, USF, and on-line UOP. Good luck.
  10. LVN to RN (BSN) check out UOP (University of Phoenix) in Modesto, CA no wait list. That is the program, I aiming for. Don't worry if you don't have the prerequistes, it's included. Program without prerequistes can be from 2 1/2 yrs. to 3 yrs. and you get your BSN. Good luck
  11. Their is alot of programs for LVN to RN, unfortunately, they are in a lottery system. Private school a extremely costly but they are not on a lottery system if you want LVN to RN (ASN) Western Career College in Sacto., I heard, that maybe 2007 of opening LVN to RN in Antioch. In Visalia LVN to RN (ASN) program that includes your prerequistes. If interested in LVN to RN (BSN) Dominican College in San Rafael and UOP (University of Phoenix) in Modesto. I hope, I have answered your questions. Good Luck.
  12. Unfortunately, none around San Francisco unless you want to go to private school. If yes, Dominican College in San Rafael and UOP (University of Phoenix) in Modesto. Good luck.
