it was sent via snail mail about 3 weeks after i sent a letter from them. Be patient ricemilk, im sure they will send it. Except if the philpost wont send it to you. hehee j/k good luck!

the fingerprint card is requested directly from IDFPR. pls send an email to [email protected], and request for a fingerprint card. they will send it to you with no charge! good luck!

Its nice to tell you that i am scheduled to take my NCLEX in HK this september.. and to tell you, it took sweat, patience and MONEY to accomplish that! hehe;) if you have any inquiries im willing to answer those.. just dont hesitate to ask questions and Ill answer it right away..thanks and God bless!

hi just confirmed my appointment on Sept 15 in HK! i was very patient in finding an appointment and there it was.. hehe. So i called the pearson office but not in asia pacific cause i called office hours american time.. is it the same as the AP office? how about the $150 fee.. he asked for my visa card and i gave it..so automatically Ill pay the 150..please clear this..thanks!

wow that was a great relief lawrence! I thought i am doomed with my exam and have to pay another $$$ for any changes. Im always online especially at night (Phili. time) so I' ll have time to monitor possible availability of slots. My ATT will expire at sept 22 and I plan to take the exam maybe on the third week of august up to 2nd week of september which ever there is an available schedule. so you say that they open up slots one at a time?if i plan to take this august so probably in july slots will be coming? i really pray that this scheduling of exam would go on well. Im just in panic when I have seen that there is NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS for the months of june- september for the NCLEX Exam in HK..how could I take the exam???please help me..i really need to be enlightened in this one..thanks.. godbless! and.. if ill have to change my testing center, my second is saipan, do i have to pay anything and how do i change my test location. thank you!

hi i have a question and i badly need an answer i went to the embassy last week to ask for a fingerprint card, the lady from the emabssy gave me a card but the card indicated not illinois but albuequerque NM so I decided to return the card and ask for a new one that is indicated for illinois. she just told me that the card are all the SAME and it doesnt matter what is the place indicated in the card..pls enlightened me with this i am really much confused..thanks

so thats a mistake that I made..tsk tsk... but the lady said in the embassy that it doesnt matter..do u suggest that i obtain my fingerprint card directly from illinois?? and i didnt understand what u have just replied..im sorry miss suzanne

Hi! just finished accomplishing my fingerprint card from NBI. so what will i do next?? here are some questions regarding the fingerprint cards: 1. when i went to US embassy to ask for a card, they gave me a fingerprint card labeled: BD nursing albuquerque, NM. I told the lady from the embassy if I could have an Illinois specified card, she told me that it is the SAME card given to all nurses who asked for a fingerprint card and the label doesnt matter.. I was confused..pls enlighten me with this. 2. will i send the certifying statement to idfpr and send the fingerprint card to identix? 3. How will they know that that card is intended for IDFPR? 4. What will I indicate in the reason fingerprinted? 5. What is an application packet where all the fees are indicated. do u have a link on this? thanks guys for all the help! i am almost done with my application, thanks!!

u know what, i just sent my cgfns certificate, but before i did that, i asked them through email if the certificate will be returned to me and they said "yes" so im expecting it to be returned.

hello, im here for another question. In the part I of the 4 page application, what will I write in the no. 3 item, Licensure method and fee? Is it the examination CTS- 79$ or examination CSBN $200? I am really confuse. Thanks for the help.
