Excessive smoke breaks
So she takes two smoke breaks in an hour and is gone for 40 min when she goes? Didn't know it was possible.

Ok.. so as some of you know I took the NCLEX for the second time on Thursday, and I AGAIN had 265 questions. This time however, I walked out of there in a different mood. Not better, just different. On my way home, I told myself regardless of the outcome, I have alot to be thankful for. I prayed and told God that if it is not my time, I will not question him. I will accept it. I did find out this morning that I passed. :bowingpur It it a surreal feeling, almost shock like... I am relieved that I will never have to take this again. Don't know if I should laugh or cry. I want to thank everyone on here for their encouragement and prayers. I wish all the luck to everyone who is testing, and I will pray for you as well. To stefano...please keep me posted I will thinking of you on the 12th!

stefano... Thank you for your prayer, I can use it. I have been using Kaplan and Saunders. I really haven't done much reading, just tons of questions. My plan is to use the strategies I have learned from Kaplan. I always keep in mind that if I am down to two answers that are good, what would I do if I could only do one thing before I go home, and what will cause my patient the least amount of harm. Most of all...take my time, don't panic, and stay confident!!

any nclex takers in NOVEMBER-share study tips
No one knows what kinds of meds will be given to them on the exam, so really you cannot study. I just focus on the ones that I know and if some come up that I have never heard of before, I will try and break them down by name and look at the answer choices for clues. I hope it doesn't hurt either one of us... Good luck scubadooII!!

any nclex takers in NOVEMBER-share study tips
Sorry..I really can't give you a plan on how to study for pharm. I have been taking practice tests and if a med comes up that I don't know anything about, I look it up. I am trying to avoid too much more new information this close to the test, I do not want to get more overwhelmed than I already am. I am relying on the knowledge I have from pharm, and being realistic that I cannot know all meds.

What have you been using to study? Are you going to study all the way up to test date or take a small break before you go in on the 12th? Mine is on the 6th and I might even do a short test before I go in to get my mind going. Still deciding.....
