  1. I just took the NLN and i used the study guide from front to back. I studied it daily and made sure that i read everything in it. I need a 50 percent or better and i got a 78 which is not bad i don't think. the book is very similar to the NLN test. Good Luck on your test
  2. I go to CCBC and I was in the LPN program and missed it by one point. I got 73 and you need 74 to pass. The class is hard. I am taking the NLN entrance test again. I like all the teachers and it is a hard program and one of the best. It is best to have pre req's done first. It takes toll on you trying to study for other classes plus learn all the nursing stuff. I wish you the best of luck
  3. I am from Ohio and the cnas start at 7.50 an hour. I work in Pa and iI make 13.50 an hour.

  5. Hi Everyone!! I just got my acceptance letter last week to the LPN program. I start school in Jan of 09 and will graduate in Dec of 09. I am a mother of 3 girls . I am 34 and can't wait to be a nurse. Good Luck to all us future LPN'S of 2009
  6. I am a 34 years old and have worked as a CNA for 10 years. I have three girls ages 14, 11, 5 and I just got accepted in to LPN program to start Jan 12 2009. I will graduate in December of 2009.   8. I have applied to the LPN programs at two different schools. I take my first NLN test on saturday. I am so Nervous About It. :(I take my second test the following week. Is there anyway not to be so nervous. I have been studying and studying nonstop. I have covered everything , I hope is anyone else taking the test? I wish everyone luck on the test.

    Hi my name is heather and i am a cna for the last eight years. i am trying to get in to an lpn school. i took a test but didn't get in. i am going to study my butt off and try for spring 07. i love my job, the hands on care, can be hard at times. just wanted to say hi to all fellow cna. in ohio i am an stna though. :wink2:
  10. I took my entrance test on sept 6 and i had my interview on the 12th . i received a letter stating i was not accepted. i was very stressed that week and the week before. I had to serve on grand jury for a whole week and the week of my interview my grandfather was having mini strokes and had a stroke the day before the test. i wrote a letter and explained what had happened and told them my whole self was not able to do the interview. i ask for a second chance. could my stress level been high. does anyone have any ideas to help me. i would appriecate your thought and ideas:mad: is it wrong to write a letter. i feel it in my heart to do this

    Does anyone live near east liverpool ohio. i would like to study for the lpn program at columbiana county career center with someone. i have tried once before to get in but didn't make it. need help with math. anyone have any ideas to help me. i currently work as a cna. i went to kent for two years for pre-nursing but had to quit. anyone to help with the entrance test. i get stressed out with test. please give me ideas.
