  1. Hi Im from the Phils and has a NM license that I am endorsing to TX Will they give me a permanent license? How many years is it valid and will they send the copy of the license to me? thanks
  2. Hi! Im from the Philippines and has a current NM license. I am on the process of endorsing it to Texas. Does anyone have an idea whether I will be given a permanent Texas license when they approve my application for endorsement? If so, how many years is it valid and are they going to send it to me here in hard copy? Thanks so much Hope to hear from those who know.
  3. I have a New Mexico license which I am planning to endorse to Texas. If I simultaneously file an endorsement and visascreen together, 1) How would CGFNS verify my License to New Mexico if there's also an ongoing process at the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners handling my License endorsement to them? ] ]2) Is it possible for me to apply for my Visascreen while Texas BNE are still processing my License endorsement to them?
  4. thank you ms sabrina for your prompt reply! i have just read the requirements for texas licensure by endorsement. it says there: if you do not meet (1) through (4) of the above requirements, then you are not eligible for licensure in the state of texas. 1.graduation from an approved school of professional nursing (general), of at least two academic years in length which includes theoretical and clinical instructions in medical nursing, surgical nursing, obstetric nursing, psychiatric nursing and nursing of children. 2. a satisfactory score in one of the following examinations: state board test pool examination (sbtpe) - with a minimum score of 350. national council licensure examination for registered nurses (nclex-rn®) 3. licensure from another jurisdiction which has requirements equivalent to texas. 4. must have been employed as a registered nurse during the past four (4) years (unless you have taken and passed the appropriate rn examination with that time period). but it doesnt mention anything about ces. is new mexico a jurisdiction which has requirements equivalent to texas? thank you for your help
  5. Can anyone help me on this? My husband is a foreign educated Nurse with a license from New Mexico. He is planning to endorse it to Texas. He is still here in our country and have not been employed yet as a Nurse in New Mexico. Can He endorse it right away to Texas? If so, What happens to his New Mexico license? Will it still be active until it expires in 2 years?
  6. Hi there! Does anyone here have an idea on how licensure by endorsement go about - If a person is licensed in NM and is planning to endorse it to Texas? My cousin indicated NM in his application as his primary state. Will it have any implications if he will endorse it right away to Texas even if he put NM as his primary state in his application before? Thank you!
  7. Yes Ive received an email from NM stating that my application is complete and i should register with pearson.
  8. How many days does it usually take NM BON to issue ATTs? Ive applied at Pearsonvue already and its been 2 weeks & I havent received my att yet? thanks & it would be a great help.
  9. hi! My school submitted my TOR & RLE Record last Oct 9 & New Mexico BON Received it Oct 13. Then my application form, FP Cards, FP Cert & ATRI sheet plus the payments were mailed Oct 23 & received by NM BON Oct 24. No feedback yet. Can I inquire about the status of my application to them or is it too early? If so, who is the right person to contactor email? Thanks
  10. thanks for your prompt reply. by the way, im quite worried that i put NM as my primary state & the state where I intend to practice. i read from the threads that one should write Philippines instead. how about you? did you write NM or Phils? Also, did you receive your eligibility fr NM? thank you so much.
  11. HI!!! For those who have received their eligibility fr NM, is it indicated there that it is valid for a year before you can register at Pearsonvue? Am just curious because If I receive mine in the future, I plan to delay it for a month or so before registering at Pearsonvue. Just to be sure that everythings okay & that I am ready for the NCLEX. I bought so many materials & I dont want them be put into waste so as much as possible, if given the time, I would like to go through all of them before sitting for the Exam of my life.hehehe
