  1. If you log into www.pearsunvue.com and register they have the actual tutorial session on there. For the PN nclex anyway, I assume its the same for the RN.
  2. Most of the ones I had on my test were common ones for HTN, DM, Arrythmias and stuff like that. Dont feel alone I dont know many meds yet either but was told that when you start working you will learn more about meds.
  3. New out of LPN school and hired into the ICU and am hearing alot of the RN's saying (not to me but in general) that if you do not have med surg experience then you don't need to be in the ICU. It has made me doubt myself where as before I felt confident. Just wanted to know what some of you guys think????
  4. Alot of times nursing homes will hire new graduates check there!!!
  5. WOW thats fast I took mine on Thursday and just found out on Monday from Va dhp number!! If i didnt have free long distance I would be in debt from calling so much!!! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Took mine on the 24th and comp cut off at 85, no math, 2 select all that apply, only remeber three that i felt comfortable with..........and I passed!!!! Wish you the best!!!!
  7. I just finished LPN school and felt lost for the first two semesters. The thrid semester everything just kinda fell into place. Memorizing keywords helps alot, that is one of the things our instructors taught us. Just took my state boards and passed and its is the little things like keywords that brought me through. Also i had recieved an associates degree in human services and a certificate in substance abuse counseling, which was a breeze. Hang in there it will allfall into place soon!!
