  1. Hi All, I am also enrolled in Walden's MSN Education track and I am in 6330. Only 3 more classes to go and I am done. Yahoo!!! For me, this program hasn't been easy because I have never been a good writer (and Walden is all about writing papers). I spend anywhere from 15-30 hours a week on my school work. If writing comes easy to you, you should have no problems. I am always happy to help new students with their studies at Walden because I know firsthand how it feels not to have any support. Online education can be lonely at times but it has given me more self confidence in my ability to learn. I would be happy to answer any questions anyone might have and if any of you need assistance with your courses, please don't hesitate to ask. :nurse:
  2. I am currently attending Walden's MSN Education program and I too find it to be a lot harder that I expected. I was told that it would require a 10-15 hour a week commitment. LOL! I spend anywhere from 2-6 hours a day trying to keep up with the assignments. I have really had to juggle my time management to keep up with everything that it expected. I feel good about getting my degree from Walden. They have a good reputation and accredidation. Hope this helps.:wink2:
  3. Tybee Island here. I don't work at any of the local hospitals, but for an occupational health company. Worked at St. Joe's, but got tired of "the assembly line". Pooler is growing so fast. Most people that live there really like it. Welcome!!!!
  4. Hi all, As a Georgia Baptist Alumni I want to welcome you. I went to the old GBMC. Back then, it was just a diploma program. It was an all girls school and we lived in the dorm on Boulevard. We use to go to class in our pajama bottoms and slippers. LOL! That was back in the mid-eighties, alot has changed since then. The curriculum requires alot of study, but the instructors are wonderful and really care about their students. Some of the instructors I had when I went to GBMC are still teaching at Mercer. I have always been proud that I was a Georgia Baptist girl. Study hard-:mortarboard: but enjoy the journey. Some of the best times in my life were at Georgia Baptist.
