New grad Filipino nurse wanting to work in Australia/New Zealand
@nasruasim, thank you for your reply. That's what I did with the cert of good standing. I sealed it in a PRC envelope and sent it to NBV thru DHL with PRC as the sender on the waybill. I'll give them a call and verify if they really didn't receive it. Regarding the initials, so it will be just like this? mistake correct ABC Thank you for your help :)

Thank you for your replies. When I went to PRC to get the Cert. of GS and asked them to DHL it to NBV, they told me to just go to the DHL outside the PRC building. The waybill on the envelope has PRC's name on it and not mine. So it's like PRC sent it to them. BTW, I only sent the Cert. of GS as it's the only one being asked. I'll call NBV tomorrow just to confirm what I need to change. I've spent so much for DHL already. lol.

Yes, they sent the mail together with my application form. They put flags on the pages which need changes. The school from which I graduated has an abbreviation. I wrote Sto. instead of Santo. It also says here that my Birth Certificate is not fully readable. But the document I sent is a clear colored photocopy of my B.C. Should I just send the original? Lastly, how do I get the Verification of Registration Status from PRC? I only submitted Cert of Good Standing from PRC which I sent separately from my application form.

Hi. NBV sent back my application form telling me to make amendments. On the letter, they said I have to have the amendments initialled. That's the term they used. But my dad insists I have to sign on the amendments I made. What should I do? Put the initials of my name or sign it? Do I draw a line on the mistakes or enclose it on parentheses? Thank you so much for your help.

Bridging program in vICTORIA? anyone? did, doing? plans?
Thanks. Though I asked someone from PRC yesterday, and she said it's ok if I'll be the one to send it, provided I don't include it on my application. I'll just request for another one when I'm done completing the other requirements. BTW, where did you have your documents certified and how much did it cost you? Thank you.

quick question, does PRC send the Certificate of Good Standing to NBV or is it ok if you just do it yourself but separate from your application form? If PRC does send it, how much will it cost? Thank you :)

Who owns Patient's Chart?
Is it the patient or the hospital? Can a patient read his or her chart? Or a family member with the permission of the patient?

ivt training program for 2008
Hi! I suggest you call ANSAP. I'm not sure if I can post the phone number. Just message me if you want it. Also, I know Fabella and Jose Reyes offer IVT Training. They don't accept completions for now because of them having their own training. Of course, accredited by ANSAP. Just give them a call to know their schedule. Goodluck!:nuke:

anyone applying in ust?
Hi. I've already passed the qualifying exam for USTH. Unfortunately, it's taking a long while for HRD to text me regarding my initial interview. Just a warning, HRD of USTH is really a big pain. I completed my requirements before passing them to HRD. The thing is when they lost my RLE record. I passed my original copy since I just got it from my college and passed it to them. I was the one who fastened them all together so I know that I did compiled it completely and properly. But then they lost it. Good thing I have another original copy. So be careful when you pass your requirements. Try to follow up on your application but be really patient. Some of my friends were able to take their exam after 3-6 months of waiting. Also, USTH's giving priorities to their graduates. After all, it is where their graduates were trained for 3 years. Hope this helps. Just don't lose hope.

Would It Be Possible For Prc To Cancel The Oathtaking At Aug 22??
Hi. From what I heard, some unfortunate takers were just waiting for an explanation on how the exam was checked. I, myself, am wondering how'd they go about the checking since the leakages were proven. But yeah, we passed! So the oath taking should push through.

Problem encountered last June 11-12 board exam..
This is what our professors told us before. You should really mark the set of your questionnaire. Before, there was an alumna who wasn't able to mark the set. So when the answer sheet was checked, the examinee got a very low score. And PRC rechecked the paper, set the machine to Set B, they got a higher score. But still, she failed in the exam because of that careless little mistake. I don't know if it's true or maybe they're just scaring us so as to remember. Well, I really hope things will work out fine for us. I mean, they have to make little considerations right? I'll pray for you guys and may God help us all.
