  1. ei guys 2 days from now i'll have my defense and i still don't have any pathology of my case, i need a diagram of how cva occur due to diabetes hypertension and stress.. i also need some meal plan that is suitable for may patients need. and could any one tell me what this mri scan is all about. cranial mri result complex mass in the left corona radiata w/ extension to the left basal ganglia and left centrum semi-ovale w/ mass. effect causing subflacine shift to the right. consideration is malignant astrocytoma few punctuate foci of small vessel ischemic changes or gliosis in both parietal, subcortical white matter old lacunar infarcts left side of the pons and right parietal preventricular white matter about 50 stenosis in the proximal petrous segment of the left internal carotid artery. about 30% focal stenosis in the proximal petrous segment of the right internal carotid artery. mild segmental atherosclerotic changes in the ascending potion of the petrous segment of the left internal carotid artery and in the segment of the right posterior artery,
  2. hey thanks for the information you posted, actually its not a group project, its an individual project, that's why i'm having a problem on how to finish all these things within 5 days, i need to make 3 nursing diagnosis for her case. also i need to make a one day meal plan that is suitable in her case. seven drug analysis 4 nursing journals and a physical assessment pathophysiology of her diseaseright now im done with my physical assessment and several drug anlalysis and roght now having a hard time doing the pathophysiology. hmm i hope i could really pass this stressful case presentation...
  3. guys i badly need help, 5 days from now will have my first individual case presentation about our patient's case and i'm having a hard time making some of my requirements on it,, my case was about a 58 yrs old woman who has been admitted due to 2nd stroke atttack she has a diabetes mellitus and was diagnosed to have a brain cancer 2 days ago, im having a diificulty in making a pathophysiology on which i could connect all of this underlying disease that may lead to CVA or if not just to have some nice patho about it. my pt. guardian says that she has diff. in naming names and objects and is paralyzed on the left side of the body she also felt some headache and dizziness at some intervals, she also felt numness at the right side of her bodyand loss of appetite. she has several drugs such omeprazole, glimepride, dexamethasone etc. i also need to make a diet for a day suitable for her case. and some a couple of nursing care plans about it.there are also some lab. exam that i really dont know how to interpret esp. the MRI scan. she was diagnosed with CVA s/p left CVA.hope you could help me thanks for all who will reply in my post.

Diagnosis I'm not quite sure if I made this right, and I'm having a hard time formulating goals (SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM GOALS) anyways I'm making 3 care plans for an 1YR OLD boy who has a acute gastritis. Here are my diagnosis Deficient fluid volume related to intake insufficient to replace fluid loss as evidenced by vomiting. Constipation related to poor eating habits as evidenced by lack of food intake. Imbalanced nutrition less than body requirements related to loss of appetite as evidenced by poor intake of nutritious food Hmmm... I'm really having a hard time formulating the short and long term goals if this could you give me some??... Thanks.

  10. well guyz..thank you for those who answer my question in the another topic that i made....a few days a go now i need you opinion in this situation again. --you mother is dying because she is suffering from a serious medical conditon a drug is available but it is very expensive you cannot afford the purchas price and the pharmacist will not provide it without the fullpayment, you had sold all things that you can sell and had borrowed money from everyone that you know still the money is not enough there are two options only 1.) steal the money and explains it to the court 2.) return and beg to the pharmacist i was thinking that my answer wuld be the second option coz as far as i know even if you steal themedicine for a good purpose still stealing is illegal...and i dont think there is any law that acquitt some stealer's for the situation like this.. what do you think???? i need to know your stand. and why...
  11. is really accepting gift from patient right or wrong...and if its right can you show me a proof...cause my proffesor asked us about this one..and i answered it is wrong because..when i posted it here..someone told me that its unethical to accept gift....now im confused..
