it would really depend on your assessment officer. Once you have clicked the submit button, sent all the required documents which will consequently going to be scanned to your file, then you are all set to be assessed. Some applicants with complete requirements get it in as early as 5 days while some took 3 months.

You need to go to your respective embassy and ask for a letter of attestation to get a police clearance. Once you receive the letter, go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and have it stamped. Once it is stamped, you will submit that paper to the Police Department (Jawazat) where they will do the fingerprint.

hi katleslie, as tinzy said, they dont issue the announcement copy anymore. They actually went back to processing the forms in the saudi council office. as for the announcement, maybe you can ask some of the members here because i dont have a copy. I just went personally to the scfhs and asked them to fill up the forms.

for those who were hired under addenbrookes, how long is the waiting time before they send out their conditional offer?

Saudi council is filling up the forms since last year.

for the saudi council verification, you have to request for the certificate of good standing via the scfhs website. you have to pay for it using a saudi bank account. this COGS will be given to you via email, print that one and then attach it with the verification form from the country you are applying from. if you are in riyadh, just send this to the saudi council office in diplomatic quarters.

anybody here had a problem downloading the document for Registration Authority verification? I emailed NMC regarding this and they said that I should download the form and send it to them by post. However, I have been trying to download it for the last few days and still there seems to be a server error so it always fail to download. If i get to download this form, i need to send this via courier right? and no need for it to be filled up again because they only need the barcode. Thank you for anyone who can answer me.

Did anyone of you guys encountered the "document received resubmission" status in your application? Im thinking of giving the NMC a call regarding this because it appeared in my application status page.

Saudi council office is on the 2nd floor, right side and then go straight.

They no longer issue that announcement/memo because they are now back to processing the verification forms. You have to send or go personally to their office and they will fill out the forms for you. Mine took 1 week. They asked me to leave the forms to them and just come back after 1 week. When i went there again it was not filled up but i told them that i will wait for the documents to be finished within the day as i needed to send it asap. Luckily the supervisor there would be comin after lunch so he was able to accomplish it in time.

When you requested online, did you input your own working email? Because it also happened to me that i requested for my good standing certificate but i did not change the default email there which is [email protected]. that one should be deleted then you will put your own email add. Anyway, just give them a call so they can address your issue.

This professional accreditation certificate is usually included with your saudi license once it is issued to you. If it is not there, you can go to thw office of SCFHS and bring your saudi license so they can verify and print a new copy for you.

I had my licenses verified just this month and as far as i know they are now doing the verifications by filling up the forms that you will send them. They no longer issue the announcement/memo that the good standing certificate is enough for license verification.

^ What I did was, I went to the Saudi Council office here in Riyadh and then submitted the forms that I needed for then to sign (NMC), as well as an attached copy of my certificate of good standing, professional accreditation certificate, and saudi council ID. They asked me to pay 150SAR and then to come back to pick up the forms after 1 week.

submitted my license verification last week in Saudi council, and they asked me to pick it up after 1 week. I really hope it will be available by then so i can submit all of my documents in NMC by December.

maychoi, so can you pls explain for us how you were able to process the verification for saudi council? did you also submit the professional accreditation form (the arabic paper) that was included with the saudi council card or you just submitted the certificate of good standing as well as the (blank) verification form.

I havent been to scfhs office here in riyadh due to my tight duty schedule but once i go there, i will try to ask them regarding your concern. :)

Another thing, I received my saudi council license more than 6 months from when I started my employment in the hospital. Do i still need to pass the Declaration of Registration Restrictions form?
