    1) EmergenC 2) Sleep 3) Drink water, lots of water! Staying hydrated helps! 4) Green tea is always better than coffee. 5) Exercise is the best - your body craves it, trust me.

    I am actually wondering about the medical records collection. I was raised in a different country and I doubt my mother has kept my medical records from then, so I really don't have a tangible physical record of the majority of the vascinations I had...
