Anybody has an estimate, of how long it should take you to answer a question in Nclex. I know we have a 6 hr time-frame, but how long did it take YOU (Those who passed) to complete NCLEX. This would give a hint on how well prepared I am.

I received the fourth edition last monday (A week ago) I bought it to start Suzzanes Plan... And I'm impressed at how detailed it is. I consider it so easy to understand that I'm getting over 80% in the tests after each chapter. I had the Second edition and this one I must admit is so much detailed and the ilustartions are much better. I had bought Delmars 5th edition and although i found it good, i must say that Saunders is worth the 43 bucks at amazon... so in a line.... GO FOR IT!

Every time I read a post of somnebody that Passed NCLEX I get very excited and this makes me more confident that i'll pass it too. I'm an INTL nurse , so this makes it more difficult, considering that english is not my first language, but still I feel confident and I'm doing my very best in studying. Im doing Suzzanes plan and I hope it works for me too..... SO NCLEX takers, dont panic. Everything that appears in NCLEX is material that we already know. For those who took NCLEX, we want your real experiences but try to think in those of us that still haven't taken te test....please be a little more therapeutic! Reading things such as "This is the worst experience of my life" or " This was the hardest test I ever took" aren't going to help you pass if you already failed, or either help whom are awaiting to sit the test. So....... Come on!!! Nclex can't be so bad. Let's pass pages to the left and cram that test!!!:up:

Study medications by classifications or body system use methods. And be sure to not study medications at random!!!!!this is how a Pharmacy student would and YOU are a NURSING student.

Correct me if needed..... In NCLEX you pass with 50%???????????

I want to know if I'm the only one???? I start studying a 100 question test and I get so desperate to know how I'm doing or know my results that I STOP studying before I complete the test. I feel anxious which makes me guess my answers. This happens especially in those tests that dont have the study mode option.... such as Kaplan Nclex RN startegy practice exam. Any reccomendations on how to study taking my time instead of getting desperate?????

Can somebody tell me what is KAPLAN DECISION TREE and how can I get it if it works so much?????

I was using Delmar Thompson nclex Review and Saunders. 2nd edition. I just bought the latest Saunders, and Kaplan strategy book. Plus I use the Drexel University Nclex review for RN Online course.
