For the physical we need to do for clinicals, is there a form we need to give the doctor? I can't find anything. I'm just planning on asking to doctor to write a note that I am healthy enough to be cleared for clinicals. Is that right?

"Clean white, navy blue, black or dark brown shoes with closed toe and heel, with nonskid soles of nonporous material. A flat walking shoe with no obvious logo is also acceptable. Shoes should be low tops only, running shoes are not acceptable: $40-100." What kind of shoes if not running shoes? LOL >.<

Didn't seem like there was a current Fall 2026 cohort SFSU ELM thread, only past years. Feel free to use this thread for anything related to SFSU ELM Fall 2026! I received notice of being #7 on waitlist on April 12, 2026. Notice of being moved off waitlist to admitted could come anytime between now and August 21, 2026. Sure hope we find out sooner than August though! Anyone have any information about how many people make it off the waitlist or when they hear back? Do admitted students have a time frame they have to accept or deny admittance by?

What is the challenge exam? Have more people not heard back yet? And those who did hear back, did you receive notice to your evergreen student email? I have not received anything as of today, 4/23/26.

I applied as well. I wrote down from somewhere (maybe a previous forum on this site) that in previous years COM decisions have come out in late May. :( That is not 100% confirmed or anything but I saw that metric online somewhere! I think I have around 80 pts so really hoping COM works out for me. I have less pts at most other schools (CCSF, Evergreen) Got waitlisted at SFSU ELMSN

If you took pre reqs at other schools did we need to fill out a class petition? I have been really confused about that and not gotten answers...
