My personal story is that I married a nursing student in '84 .. then married her .. had saw her thru the boards .... got accepted to nuring school myself ... had a set of twins .. entered nursing school .. worked 32 hrs all the while to cover my family with insurance ... my wife worked a Baylor shift the whole time .. I graduated in '89.... Next July my wife & I will celebtarte our 22 aniversary!:balloons: It wasn't easy but, we worked it out and did what we had to do and did it together :kiss . We prove is CAN work out! Marc
  2. i work in the insurance industry and about to let out a dirty little secret. just wisper the words "lawyer" and / or "state insurance commisioner" and see them shake in thier boot.
  3. It absolutely true - Nursing DOES eat it's young. :angryfire Hang in there, sooner or later they'll tire of the game or a another newbie will be hired. If that happen, just remember how you were treated ....
  4. as a fellow male nurse i've run across the "men don't belong in nursing" mentality from higher - ups, but this is way over the top ..... the best advise document, document, document and get a laywer !!!!
  5. That's proabably the best thing to do. Media has NO PLACE in the work place. What she does on her own time is her problem, but obvious it's having a negative effect on your work enviorment. Go to the manager and file the complaint, if she does accuse you it'll look like a poor attempt at retaliation.
  6. Hello, Just a point of info. Nothing on computers is truly "deleted". The company IS guru's can trace her internet / emai / chat activites as wellas anyone else's. My advise to the follow the facilies sexual harrasment policies and report her. If she pursues with the kiddie Media allegations, call a lawyer.
