Did anyone accept their admission to the SJSU CEP? Would love to connect!

Admissions and waitlists have been posted on the Ohlone Nursing page!

I haven't received and updates other than the email regarding the health orientation for next week.

I received it in my personal email!

Oh wow, that seems so late! Hope they're able to send updates by end of April.

It feels like a preliminary cutoff for people that didn't max out points in every category. This is what my email said: "Listed below is the reason we were unable to offer you admission: Your nursing application point total compared to other applicants was not high enough to qualify you for admission or waitlist status. Point totals take into consideration prerequisite GPA, TEAS score, personal statement and optional point categories.”

Hi! I wanted to make a thread for everyone that applied this cycle. I applied with 84.5 points: 1000+ hours CNA, 3.81 GPA for the four classes, life experience criteria, 88% TEAS.

Hi! I took a chance and applied to East Bay but unfortunately don't have a competitive cGPA. My stats are 4.0 sGPA, 3.4 cGPA, 88 TEAS, 450+ hours CNA, and local applicant. I have a Bachelor's degree and also completed the Pre-Professional Health Post-bac program at East Bay.

Thank you! I e-mailed them at the end of January and also went in person two weeks ago asking for an update. I decided to go back today and was told I should receive an update by Thursday. So if anyone's in the same boat and local, try to stop by their office by Thursday! Also, I'm applying with 93 points and my stats are 4.0 GPA, completion of all relevant courses, Bachelor's, 1000+ hours CNA, life experience criteria, and 88 TEAS!

Hi! This program is my top choice, and my best chance, but I haven't received approval for my course substitution petitions. :,) I sent them to the department dean on January 15th (misread the application requirements...) and still no response. Anyone else having this issue?
