"cnor: this acronym does not stand for anything specific, it signifies only that an individual has met all the education, examination, or experience requirements necessary to be certified in operating room nursing by the certification board perioperative nursing of the association of perioperative registered nurses (aorn)." this is new to me....i always thought that cnor is specific for certified nurse operating room....do u know if there r other certifications available for perioperative nurses?? thanks!!!

hi all, i took the nclex-rn exam on saturday, may 13th....the computer shut off at 75 questions......n i didn't know wat to do....i had mixed feelings n was on pins n needles waiting for my results.... i just got my results n I PASSED!!! thank u god....praise u lord....thank u mother mary.....:balloons: :balloons: :balloons: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :) :Melody: :Melody: :Melody: :heartbeat :heartbeat :heartbeat :smiley_aa :smiley_aa :smiley_aa a big thank you to suzanne too.. ...i followed her study plan to the T....wouldn't have known where to start or wat to study if it wasnt for her....twas my first time n sure didn't know wat to expect.....i did a few questions from learningext too... :thankya: i'm indeed grateful to my all nurses family.....thanks a ton for ur prayers, encouragement n support.... :kiss :kiss :kiss :loveya: :loveya: :loveya: yippeeeee!!!!! is there a set criteria to answer fill in the blank questions???i seem to have answered correctly in my practise tests but when i check out my answers it turns out to be incorrect....the idea is correct but the words i used to answer the question maybe wrong....can anyone give me any input on this??? for example: 1. the question is how many drops per min....do u type the answer as 5o or 50gtt/min 2. normal range for fasting blood sugar.... 70-110 or 70-110mg/dl 3. position after liver biopsy.... right side or right lateral thanks in advance rgds, hopeful
