Is there such thing as a private consent order. Someone told me that there was such a thing but I just wanted to see was it true that it would not show on the board of nursing website if you're on probation

Thank you for that , I went ahead and told them and they offered me a job and a behavioral health center. She actually said it's a few nurses that's on a monitoring program that's employed there . So glad I got that off my chest and don't have to be worried about later if it comes up

Hello just wonder what type of jobs can you work while on a monitoring program, was terminated from my job at a hospital, more than likely going to be put on a monitoring program with Ga BON , I have an interview at an endoscopy center , just wondering should I even go to the interview and be honest ? What type of jobs do you think will hire a nurse on probation?

OK is your group with the Georgia nurse association? And do you have to meat every week ? Your consent or is 5 years right ?

Hey @JB C hey I'm in a similar situation when you were charged was it your job /employer who pressed charges ? Where did you divert from and how much ? You can dm me if you don't feel comfortable asking on here I'm afraid because I got accused at work but I'm on administrative leave pending a drug screen results

@JohnHood hello I saw you state there was a ICU nurse that you knew that was caught diverting and she was retained by the hospital? Does that mean she kept her job? If so what was her stipulations did they move her to a new unit ? Could she still pass meds ?

Oh wow did you do the program yourself is it worth it ? Also I am prescribed opioid for my chronic back pain and have a prescription, do you think they will allow it ?

If there is anyone currently in a monitoring program in ga can you share your consent requirements please , like how many years ? Do you have to check in everyday to see if you have to do a drug screen can you have alcohol ? Do you have to go to group meetings every week etc ?
