  1. Congratulations! Can I ask what you were in the program for? So now your license is "clean" right?
  2. Are you working again? If so how long was it before you were able to? Any restrictions? And how was it trying to find a job? Does your worksite manager know why you're in the program?
  3. How often would you say you're sent to test? Like from the very beginning up until now? Do you typically test on holidays/weekends? I just imagine it would be hard to find a location for those days.. mostly holidays. What kind of tests are you typically doing? How soon after you enrolled were you sent to test?
  4. Thank you for all the information! Who does the testing for premier? Do you have a link where I can see all the locations?
  5. What was the issue with the 2 vials? Did they suspect diversion? Or what were they getting at with the report?
  6. Thank you for that! I can't believe your employer didn't tell you about it.
  7. Can you clarify what happened when you said 2 vials were missing? Did they say you took them? What kind of drug tests did they give you in that month? Your situation sounds a little like mine so that's why I'm trying to clarify if you don't mind. The state might make the difference as well I suppose. I'm in CA.
  8. You can't be in the peer assistance program? Or you don't want to? I'm in California so it's a little different I guess
  9. Any update on this situation? Looking for outcomes to possibly prepare myself. I'm going to to the intervention program for SUD but want to know what will happen on the legal end for diversion.
  10. Any update on this?
  11. Do you get your contract the day you do your intake appt? Like will I know how long I have to be in the program for, and what meetings, etc are expected of me the day I sign it? What do they talk about during the intake appt? Thank you for answering. It's a huge help!
  12. I haven't had my intake yet. It's scheduled for later this week but I was notified by the case manager assigned to me that I was eligible. The letter I received in my email didn't have any dates I had to decide by. I was contemplating pushing my intake appt to after I come back from vacation so I don't risk being "non compliant". Where I'm going there likely won't be any testing sites. I did let my case manager know I have that vacation planned and she said she let the board know and they said they "will not approve or deny travel but they will figure out a way to test me when I get back". How long after starting the program were you able to work? Did you have restrictions? Was this with all clean tests or was there any slip up's that maybe delayed you going back to work? Does the testing get less frequent as time passes? Are all the meetings in person or are can any be virtual? Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to decide if it's for me or not before my intake.
  13. I already got approved to be in the program. The case manager contacted the BRN and they approved me. I'm supposed to go on vacation next month though so I'm contemplating waiting to start the program until after the trip ( it's a cruise so I won't be able to test during the time I'm gone). Do they give you a contract the day you do your intake? What are you doing the program for if you don't mind me asking.
  14. Hello everyone, I'm possibly going to start the intervention program in California for SUD. Looking to see if anyone has worked with the new program premier healthcare. Just looking for information on how the program is, what your plan looks like, what to expect, etc.
