  1. What was the process like? I'm currently being looked at for diversion and I am TERRIFIED I'll end up in prison. I have parents I take care of, a life that I'm terrified of losing. Do they typically allow one to seek substance abuse help and avoid prison?
  2. I am sorry to say I was recently brought in for medication diversion. I am being offered a substance abuse program through work and have an attorney. I can't sleep the past week because I'm terrified of going to prison. Is it likely that the employer/investigator will see I'm in the program and have an oustanding positive record and do a Pretrial diversion/allow me to continue help through the program, or do medical professionals go to prison for this?
