Just got my interview invite! I went to the info session in Jan and someone asked them how to prepare and their response was to just be yourself? My assumption is that it's probably an EI based interview but there are 2 phases so phase 2 might be more clinical? Anyone know or hear anything about past interview processes

Just submitted my apps! Fingers crossed! for those who interviewed already, I know phase 1 is a quick 15 minute more laid back type of interview. I read that for phase 2 they give you a tour and have some more clinical based questions. Can anyone shed some more light? Any recommendations on what to study? Is it clinical in the sense that they're questioning you on different drugs and their mechanisms and such? Thanks in advance! Good luck everyone!

If you don't mind me asking, what were your stats? Do you find that they were weighing more heavily on how you scored on like the CCRN? I know schools like Rutgers cares about what you scored. If so what was your score? And if I do hopefully get an interview, did you study anything specific? I hear it's mostly just emotional intelligence questions but I feel like you can even study for those! It's hard not knowing what to expect

Applied on August 1st, waitlisted for an interview. Hoping to get lucky and get an interview! Heard from others that have interviewed that the interview felt very unorganized, and unlike in previous years, was 1 on 1 and they asked mostly questions about previous test scores such as CCRN, how long it took to take the NCLEX/how many questions you finished in. The previous assistant director has now assumed the position as the head director of the program. Not sure what other changes may ensue.
