Helppppl! hope you are doing well. I violated with a positive peth test in december. Its fairly new, the thought of the consequences is unbearable. Did you ever go to a hearing or they gave you a stipulated settlement? If so how long was the wait fron violation to cease of practice lift ?

Hi Eric or anyone who is familiar with this process in california I am going through a similar situation like you. I had been on probation for a year and two months and had a positive peth test for alcohol, I just have a few questions so I know what to expect. 1: how low did it take for you to hear back from AG after the cease to practice 2: did you have to go to court for a settlement for the 2 year probation extension? 3: did you have an attorney? 4: how long did the whole process take for you to get back to work 5:any job recommendations for non nursing jobs while I wait is appreciated thank you in advance

Emma is right , Emma has been an angel to me , I am so grateful for her, this process is stressful a bit but doable, I just got so lucky that I had Emma to walk me through the beginning phases and prep me mentally for what was to come, nothing was a surprise by the time my probation started . Tuatkuta you will be fine and you will find a job , many people might say NO, but someone will say yes, don't give up because of the NOs keep applying .

The BON gives you a list of support groups and majority are on zoom if not all .
