Burnout is REAL. People think that it's a term thrown loosely around, but it's a real thing. I'm sorry that's what you're stuck with! I can't stand that system LOL. We use Alora and it's been an absolute God-send. There's a small learning curve with it, but charting is easy, it's probably the best system I've ever used. Maybe you can bring this up to your agency and see if it's something they're willing to switch to?

It depends on your agency and what they want you to do, but you wouldn't need a return of care if they weren't admitted into the hospital.
