That's good to hear about your experience. Could you tell me more about what the clinicals were like and where you did it? And any tips about what the best way to study is based on how the professors teach? ?

hi! I just got accepted to the program for Fall 2024 & this was the most recent thread I saw. I wanted to ask if anyone can give me an insight about how their program is? I keep seeing negative reviews so im getting discouraged, but then this is the only nursing program I got accepted to ? help!

hi! I got into Merritt for their ADN program! I keep hearing bad things about the program though but all the reviews were from 4-7 years ago so I don't even know what to think anymore ? does anyone here know someone in their program?

I keep seeing bad reviews but this is the only nursing program that accepted me. my other options are USF and dominican university but its both for kinesiology then after I plan to go to grad school..which is even more time ? so I'm not sure what the best option is. someone help!

ahhh congrats!! I got into dominican university for kinesiology too instead of nursing ? but I'm still waiting on merritt college cause I got into the lottery, so hopefully I get in to that school ??

hi! congrats ?? sadly, I got offered admission for a different major. I'm thinking of doing kinesiology to hopefully go into PT/PA school since it's my back up. hope we see each other!

oh wow thats really great! I wish I applied to the Sacramento campus too ? I was thinking about it since I felt like I had a higher chance too since my husband is actually a veteran and I've been around the military environment for years too. but the SF campus was closer and the campus is beautiful ? congrats on getting in!

hey!! sadly, they didn't offer me admission for nursing ? but they offered me admission for any other major of my choice. did you hear back yet? check your portal from time to time, cause I just randomly checked mine wt out receiving an email and the admission decision was there. good luck!!

oh no, so hopefully you do get in!! I applied to dominican university & am also trying to apply to merritt college and ccsf for their ADN (but I'm not very hopeful since its more competitive & my TEAS score isn't very high cause I didn't study much) I also applied to unitek college as an alternate but I won't know until later this year ? I've been in college since 2019. I kinda slowed down cause of the pandemic and just got confused overall w/ what I wanted, so I ended up switching majors twice ? but now I decided to go back and stick to nursing. and I actually studied at SFSU too. what about you?

no seriously I'm having a panic attack right now ? like PLEASE just let me in!! ??? lmaoo

the one that commented about the clause not being in their page anymore didn't comment again after that ? but others said they got in!! some were waitlisted, and some were offered admission for Spring since they had enough units to start their clinicals right away

SORRY LMAOO well I keep refreshing and it really doesn't have the "still reviewing" clause but I haven't received any email yet ? but I was reading this one thread from last year & one commented the same thing then a bunch of people commented that they got their decisions the next day. I'll keep you updated!!

OMG! did you hear back? I just opened my portal and it didn't say that they're reviewing my application anymore. hopefully we get the status today!! im so nervous ?

Gen ED: 4.0 Science: 3.2 Overall: 3.7 I also have 2+ years experience in healthcare. So hopefully that makes up for my GPA ?? Whats yours?

I contacted my admission counselor, sergio. at first he told me that decisions will start releasing on April 1, but when it didn't, I tried to contact the school & they said it should have started rolling out already. when I emailed sergio though, he said they're still reviewing my application —this was on April 2.
