  1. I am a student of life as well as books and must say , I use to think nurses were well rounded and educated people. I find a discussion on backstabbing quite futile and infantile at the same time. I have always had a problem curbing my comments to fit in at work, just happen to call it like I see it. So just to give you an answer to your question and a possible solution as well instead of some insipid opinion here goes, they do it cause they are mean and insecure. how to avoid it, don't give anyone at work, that you don't have something on yourself, any ammo. :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: :monkeydance: 1) never comment on a person who is not in a room. 2) try to see people as doing the best they can, regardless of how short they actually come from being the best they should be. 3) if you have to comment, never say anything you would not say to that person in person. and by the way what does "off the cuff" mean to you. a throw away comment or a derogatory statement, if it was a negative comment my friend you not only continued the backstabbing trend but you also proliferated it as well.
  2. I have no idea what you are talking about when you say I have no ideal what your are talking about, ideal is there perfect conception of an idea or thing, it is not the actual idea. College education is a hard thing to point out without immeadiately coming under more intense scrutiny. I have no ideal is grammatically incorrect.
  3. can anyone tell me how to obtain the study guide for the (spelling may be wrong) HESI OR HESE TEST, IT IS THE ENGLISH AND MATH TEST NEEDED PRIOR TO APPLYING TO THE NURSING PROGRAM AT MY LOCAL COLLEGE.
  4. I need an angel to help me . I have just completed all the prerequisites for the North Harris Community College nursing program and am about to apply for acceptance. I still need to take the "hesi"(sic) test and was told to purchase a study guide from them(hesi??). Do you know what they are referring to , I can't locate this study guide on line. The test I am referring to is the english(logical thinking) and math test required before applying to the nursing program. I need a peer to help me thru the mire and muck of all the prerequisites necessary to apply. can you help me?
