Not sure? There are scholarships that are need based, but I think you have to apply for them once you start. I know that everyone who applied by the priority deadline is considered for their merit based scholarship. Have you looked at the detailed cost of each program? JHU's fees are a lot less, but UMSON's tuition is quite a bit lower (if you are in state) and that is the bulk of the cost.

I'm in the same boat. I'm trying not to check my email 1,000 times per day, but waiting is so hard and I'm getting anxious.
