Hi hi, it's all dependent on department but from looking at previous cohorts, it takes about 1.5-2 weeks for everyone to be referred to hiring departments in the initial round and then more happens later!

I truly believe that everyone who applied deserves a spot, as we are all trying to get to the same end point of being successful, empowered and well-prepared nurses. Having years of hands-on healthcare experience is something that many new grads simply do not have and sets you apart from other applicants. It is crucial for all of us to remind ourselves that not getting one of these spots is not because you are under qualified or that anyone is more suited for the role than yourself. There are just way more applicants than openings. Many of us will not get into a residency program, have to move out of state, or begin our RN journeys in outpatient settings. Regardless, I 100% hope it works out for all of us, even if it ends up looking different than we expected.
