Thank you so much guys! :) I apologize for the late response, I heard back within a couple hours and I interviewed for the Torrance location. It is point based so I hope I have points high enough to be considered for my preferred specialty 😭

Hi guys, so anyone looking for updates, I completed my interview and I was moved to the next step, which is a meet and greet (it is not mandatory but highly encouraged). For interview tips make sure to review common clinical scenarios, I was given a case study as well as prioritization questions.

"Group interviews for the NCAL RN Residency Program will be held between April 27th and May 8th. These interviews may be conducted in-person or virtually via MS Teams." this is the message I saw when I completed the snapshot.

I applied on 03/09 midday and received the questionnaire today around 7pm, like mentioned before by someone the questionnaire I received today is different from the email questionnaire that you posted, it is specific to the new grad program like your preference of floor and certification and all. I believe you should get it in a couple days too. This is what the email said today "Thank you for applying to the New Graduate RN Residency Program at PIH Health Whittier Hospital. We appreciate your interest in joining our team. To help us better understand your qualifications, please complete the questionnaire by Friday 3/20/2026 using the link below. (Please submit only one response.) Questionnaire Link Interviews are anticipated to take place throughout April and May 2026. If you are selected to move forward in the interview stage, the hiring department will contact you directly. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we kindly ask that applicants refrain from calling or emailing regarding application status. "

I didn't receive an invitation or a rejection. can someone who applied in the past tell what could that mean? are they quick with rejections too, or do they ghost you for months before sending out the rejection? I am asking so I don't keep my hopes up ?
